Celebrating Record Sales with a Civic Special Edition

As part of the automaker’s “Honda For All” campaign, Honda Canada has recently introduced a special edition package for their best-selling Civic sedan. This limited run of special added-value civics sedan LX’s include the addition of:

  • 16-inch Aluminum Alloy Wheels
  • Honda Sensing Technologies
  • A Deck Lid Spoiler
  • Proximity Key Entry System with Push-Button Start
  • And a Remote Engine Starter

Historically Civic SE packages have represented an incredible value that competitive manufacturers fear direct comparisons to. No other competitor in the same category offers so much value for the price as Civic SE. The Civic is already celebrating its 20th consecutive year as the best-selling passenger car in Canada, and this new SE value package will make Civic even more attractive to value-conscience shoppers.

Honda Canada Inc. has reported an annual sales increase of 6% in 2017, on sales of 197,251 units by the Honda and Acura divisions combined, setting an all-time annual sales record for the fourth consecutive year. Honda Automobile Division set a fourth consecutive annual sales record, up 6% over last year, on sales of 176,951 units in 2017.

“Looking back on 2017, Honda Canada has much to celebrate. With our key pillar models, namely the Canadian-built Civic and CR-V, firmly planted in their respective segments, we are well-positioned to continue our success and retail sales leadership into the new year,” said Jean Marc Leclerc, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Honda Canada Inc.

“As we work toward our 2030 global vision, more than half of all new Honda vehicles launching in Canada in the next two years will be electrified. We’re already off to a strong start with the recent launch of Clarity, Honda’s first plug-in hybrid vehicle in Canada, which is perfectly positioned as a no compromise alternative fuel vehicle.”
