Parts Specifier

We are currently looking for a full time parts specifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience within a Honda or import dealer although all potential prospects will be considered and are willing to train the right candidate. CDK/ADP knowledge is a plus.

A positive attitude with the ability to work as a team as well as a clean valid driver’s license is a must as occasional driving duties may be required.

Job duties include receiving daily orders, bin counts, and ensuring proper handling of parts within the department. Knowledge of tire sales is a definite asset as well.

A positive and pleasant attitude while dealing with all of our clients whether retail, wholesale or internal is mandatory.

The selected candidate can also look forward to various Honda and tire training programs to assist them in their goals.

Service Technician

This position is responsible for performing general vehicle repair and maintenance functions in order to ensure vehicles run efficiently. Service Advisor

Very busy Honda dealer requires self motivated individuals for our service team.

Lube Technician

Wash bays and hoist that you used that day.
Wipe down all hoists and lubricate.
Make sure that all vehicles cleaned from finger prints, grease, oil or any marks that may be created during work performed.
Clean and tidy tool room daily.
Empty all shop garbage daily.
Clean shop daily as instructed by Shop Foreman or Service Manager.
Perform multi-point inspection and fill out required forms on every vehicle.
Advise service Consultant of any additional work required.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep yourself up to date and current with Honda Bulletins and Recalls.
Keep all E-learning up to date and current while maintaining a minimum level of bronze.
Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
Perform safety inspections on hoist daily and fill out safety check list accordingly.
Report any broken or malfunctioning shop equipment immediately to management.
Wear company supplied uniform at all times.
Ensure all Honda Canada Warranty Policies and Procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure Honda recommended Maintenance Schedule are fully understood and followed.
Ensure all Richmond Hill Honda company policies and procedures are understood and followed at all times.

Valet & Lot Attendant

Responsibilities
Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility
Maintaining an orderly service parking area, lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance
Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle
Clean interior and exterior windows
Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle
Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid

Requirements
Friendly and customer service focused

Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles

Receptionist / Cashier

The receptionist will play a crucial role in the dealership environment, by welcoming customers into the dealership, handling a busy switchboard, attending to customer needs and performing cashier duties as required.

Part Time Shuttle Driver

Qualifications:

  • Previous Automotive Dealership experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Valid Ontario G class Drivers License with clean record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintains shuttle appearance and cleanliness
  • Shuttle drives to customers residence, places of business or designated spots such a transit stop and arranges pick up with customer in a timely manner.
  • Works with Service, Parts and sales staff as required

Assistant Controller

Richmond Hill Honda is looking for an Assistant Controller. This is an immediate opening.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Controller you will work closely with the management and be responsible for:

  • Performing all duties related to Payroll – creating, processing and finalizing pay cycles / managing benefits & deductions / vacation pay / government remittances / year end processes up to and including T4’s
  • Administer day to day processes within the DealerPILOT HR program and ensure compliance
  • Performing all duties related to Accounts Receivable – statement creation, collection, payment processing
  • Assist Controller with month end and year end processes
  • Assist Controller with finalizing Financial Statement
  • Assist Administration staff with day to day processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a dealership
  • Experience with CDK, Excel, and related programs
  • Experience with payroll administration using Paymate software
